Refund Policy
1. What a purchase includes
150 credits, exactly the cost of one Tiny Desk AI clip, whether it has one singer or two. Customers in the euro area pay €8.99. You are never charged again unless you make another purchase.
2. Failed or blocked renders
- If a render fails after using credits, or our content rules block it, the credits go back to your balance without you having to ask.
- This happens once per render, and the status page shows when it has happened.
- You can use the returned credits for a new attempt in the same browser, with the same photos or different ones.
- A balance belongs to one browser’s anonymous 30-day session; it cannot follow you to a different browser or device.
3. Slow renders
A long wait usually means the animation model is busy, not that your clip failed. Credits stay reserved until the render either finishes or fails. Check the status page on the device you ordered from instead of buying the same clip a second time.
4. Cash refunds
Getting credits back is different from getting money back, and cash is never refunded on its own. If you think you are owed a refund, for instance after being charged twice or holding credits you could not spend, write to us within 7 days of the charge. Tell us when you paid and how much, and add the email on your Stripe receipt if you can. Later requests are usually turned down.
Each request is reviewed on its own merits. Every clip uses paid model time, so a completed clip that simply did not match your expectations is rarely refunded in cash. If we refund a purchase, any unused credits from it are removed.
Nothing here limits the refund rights given to you by consumer law in your country.
